Welcome to Anchored in God ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The App uses an email-only identity model: you enter an email address and that email becomes your account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. Please provide an email address you actually own and can receive mail at — that's how we'll contact you about your subscription or account.

The App uses services from Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Emergent, MongoDB Atlas, and Resend. When you use those parts of the App, the third party's own terms apply to their portion of the service.
Anchored in God is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Devotional content is offered for spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel or professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US $50 if you paid nothing).
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay for a subscription they signed up for, or that we're required to disable by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the App or by email; the "Effective" date at the top of this page will show the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
